76 Offering guests a good night's sleep is what defi nes any good hotel. First Hotels is dedicated to the wellbeing of their guest,which is why they have introduced a separate room category that offers the ultimate in sleep comfort. Many guests fi nd hotel beds generally either too soft or too hard, which is why First Hotels earlier this year decided to introduce a new room category called First Smart Bed where the firmness of the bed can be adjusted according to preference. "All our First SmartBed rooms will be equipped with beds from YouBed, the producer of the very first adjustable spring bed. A good bed is essential for any good hotel stay. And with this offer we once again show that at our hotels our guests come fi rst," says Roar Ingdal, CEO of First Hotels. Mattias Sörensen, CEO of YouBed AB, is also very pleased with this development. "First Hotels is extremely dedicated when it comes to optimising their guests' quality of sleep.
